Match Vertical Partners uses subprocessors to provide, host, secure, and operate the Vitality Index service. We require each subprocessor to process Customer Data only under our instruction and subject to written agreements that require adequate technical and organizational measures and confidentiality.
If you have a reasonable, documented objection to a new subprocessor, please contact us at contact@matchverticals.com within 15 business days of notice (see the DPA for details).

How We Notify and Add Subprocessors
- We publish and maintain this list at /legal/subprocessors.
- We will notify Customers of new subprocessors at least 30 days before engagement where feasible. If a Customer objects for reasonable grounds, see the DPA Section 9 for objection and remediation procedures.
